This MENU has been composed on the base of knowledge and experience of our cooks under the guidance of the Chef : PAWEŁ KACZMAREK

All our dishes are only the fleeting attempt of combination of the various, sublime flavors of each ingredient into a unified whole, which will reveal the vision of the Cook, who prepare the dish.

However, if You consider that the vision of the Cook isn’t suited to Your taste, our emplayess are able to change suggested composition or even create brand new dish in accordance to Your wish.


We recommend You especially the following, unusual and unique dishes:

Duck breast in apple-cranberry sauce served with buckwheat and braised beetroot
Regional beef roulade with potato dumplings and red cabbagel
Sirloin steak with green pepper sauce, potatoes and bouquet of salads
Roast veal served with potatoes and carrot with peas
Quail with pumpkin musky and new potatoes
